2022 – In the Books!

The year 2022 is one that will go down in history for SMART Software. A year filled with travels, connections and reconnections, product upgrades, exciting new ventures, and additional team members welcomed.

Software updates are always a main focus to help our partner companies better serve their customers with Service, Amusement, ATM, and C-store needs. As new needs arise in this ever-changing world, you can guarantee that our expert team is working to always meet these new requirements.

SMART Software saw larger product updates throughout the year 2022 for our Amusement, ATM, and Service customers!

Amusement customers now have the ability to add fee limits, the option to customize receipt messaging, and a newly added warning when a fee override is out of balance during the collection process. With the recent release of Mobile Collections, customers can now manage 3^rd party fees all from their mobile devices.

SMART Software’s ATM updates include the new option to be able to print ATM Commission Structure Listing! This newly added report allows our ATM customers to quickly review the location commission structure.

Service partners of SMART Software saw added futures that greatly simplify the mobile app windows.  This includes adding a user, report sorting features, and copying/pasting a work order into a new work order which saves time. There is now an added option to select and filter for multiple work orders and route types.

Trade shows began in full swing for the first time since the pandemic in early 2020.

We were able to reconnect with many existing customers and build relationships with potential new customers at these events. 2022’s trade shows and events took us south to Florida and Texas, to the west in Las Vegas, NV, and kept us near our home roots of the Midwest in Wisconsin and IL. Despite where we have traveled for 2022, our mission remains to help business owners simplify and focus on growth for their businesses.
